The Delfini is operated by the owner's family. The small main building is surrounded by several one-storey and two-storey bungalows which are connected by natural stone paths and numerous stairs.
The top floor apartments have separate entrances and separate stairs as well, so the facility gains the character of a settlement.

Between the buildings there are palm and pine trees, orange trees, and a number of other trees species. In addition there is a mixed jumble of flowers and other ornamental plants of varied shape and color.

The main building gives room to the reception desk in front of the lounge with TV set and the bar, and the attached breakfast room.
On one of the many terraces and aside of one of the many stairs that cross the gardens on the slope in front of the facility, there is a hidden open-air kafenion which belongs to the house.
Here one can have a cocktail in the evening and make sure of the sundowns over the bay of Kastelli Kissamos are among the most gorgeous on the island.
